Product Overview
Ruitu Technology PUA series drinking grade polyurea is the third-generation polyurea product newly developed by Qingdao Ruitu New Material Technology Co., Ltd. The material is a two-component product composed of semi prepolymer, polyether, filler, pigment and other raw materials, with a 100% solid content. It is sprayed into a film on site by a two-component high-pressure spraying equipment. This coating does not contain organic solvents and other volatile substances. After curing into a film, its chemical properties are stable and meet the hygiene standards for drinking water. It can be widely used for the protection of internal surfaces of pipelines, containers, etc. involving drinking water.

Resistant to high temperature softening, the adhesion can still reach over 6Mpa at 80 ℃.

Theoretical dosage
The recommended film thickness is about 1.0-2.0mm, and the estimated consumption is 1.5-2.5kg/m2. The consumption at nodes, corners, and certain special areas may be too high compared to the theoretical consumption.
