Product Introduction

PUA-7030 polyurea material is a new generation product developed based on the third-generation polyurea elastomer technology. Composed of polymers, terminal amino polyethers, chain extenders, and various functional additives, the spray molding process is rapid, and after film formation, it has the characteristics of scratch resistance, waterproof and anti-corrosion, aging resistance, and good adhesion to wood fibers, providing a strong and durable ultra thick protective coating for wooden speakers. After spraying, the appearance has a clear granular frosted texture, which is beautiful and high-end.

Application Guide

1. This polyurea product is a two-component high-pressure spraying type product, which is sprayed and formed by a two-component high-pressure spraying machine.

When applying on the surface of wood, dry the wood to reduce its moisture content.

3. The nail holes and seams on the surface of the wooden box need to be pre processed and polished.

4. The recommended film thickness is about 0.8-2.5mm, and the estimated consumption is 1.2-4.0kg/m2. The consumption at nodes, corners, and certain special areas may be higher than the theoretical consumption.

5. No solvents or diluents should be added during the use of this product. The B component of this product should be stirred before use.
